What does it mean to be a Jimmie?
Our Campus
Some students think a small campus means fewer opportunities for fun. That’s just not true. There’s always something happening at UJ. The best part is, you’ll probably know someone at every event. Campus is large enough to feel like you’re at college. But small enough to not get little-fish, big-pond syndrome.
Most (though not all!) of our students live on campus. You’ll meet some of your best friends in your dorm. Plus, you can wake up ten minutes before class, and still make it on time. We have five housing options for freshmen and six different options for non-freshmen.
Life in Jamestown
To out-of-towners, we’re known for having the world’s largest buffalo statue. But locals know there’s more to Jamestown than tourist attractions. Restaurants, coffee shops, plenty of activities for outdoor enthusiasts. Think small-town life meets city vibes. Do not forget to check out the discounts given by local businesses to UJ students and employees.

Interested in developing or expanding your faith? We have plenty of campus ministry opportunities to help. You’ll be celebrated for who you are. And grow into the person God intended for you to be.

Admissions Department
The Admissions Department is open M-F, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The Admissions Suite is located on the second level of Badal Nafus Student Center.
