Wanner (’01) Appointed College President
Sister Cecilia Anne Wanner, O.P., formerly Sarah Wanner (’01), has been appointed the 13th president of Aquinas College in Tennessee.
Previously, Sister Cecilia Anne served on the faculty of the School of Education at Aquinas College, has taught at the elementary, secondary, and collegiate levels, and has also had administrative experiences at the secondary and collegiate levels.
After graduating from UJ in 2001, Sister Cecilia Anne went on to receive an M.A. in Thomistic Studies from the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington D.C., as well as an M.S. in Science Education from the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Math Education at Middle Tennessee State University.
