Hunt Publishes Chapter
UJ’s Director of Character in Leadership, Liz Hunt, MA, recently published a chapter in Leadership and Growth Through Crisis: An Investigation of Leader Development During Tumultuous Circumstances.
In her chapter, titled, Esther and Mordecai: Emergent Team Leadership and Resilience in Crisis, Liz executed an exegetical analysis of the Book of Esther. She looked at the specific parts of Esther and Mordecai’s responses to the Jewish genocide put forward by King Xerxes, and how their responses reflected theory related to team leadership in crisis.
Growth Through Crisis: An Investigation of Leader Development During Tumultuous Circumstances is part of a book series published by Palgrave Macmillan entitled Christian Faith Perspectives in Leadership and Business, in conjunction with Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA.
