Post-Graduation Survey

  • University of Jamestown invites its graduates to complete the Graduate Survey. Your responses are sincerely appreciated and contribute to our knowledge of UJ graduates’ professional and academic outcomes. Completion of this survey is not mandatory.

    Overall results (never individual responses) will be published on the University of Jamestown's website and other publications as needed. Aggregated and disaggregated, de-identified data will be reported in accordance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements and university operations and assessment processes. Individual, identified survey responses will only be accessible to the UJ Career Center. Data may be subject to secondary analysis.

    The personal contact information you provide will be updated and shared internally as part of your official college record, so individual UJ offices will not need to be notified separately. The University of Jamestown may use this contact information to contact you in the future. Your consent is given when you complete and submit this form.
