How to Apply

Applying made easy.

We try to make applying to UJ as easy as possible. The application is free and should take no more than 15 minutes.

Let’s start the process by selecting what type of student you are:

• First-Year Undergraduate Student

This is for students interested in learning on campus. You’re classified as a first-year student if you graduated from high school in the U.S. or earned your GED, and you’ve never attended college.

• International, Undergraduate Student

We consider you an international student if you are not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and are interested in earning your bachelor’s degree at UJ.

• Graduate Student

You’re classified as a graduate student if you’ve earned a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college and are interested in earning your master’s or doctorate degree.

• Transfer, Undergraduate Student

You’re considered a transfer student if you graduated from an accredited high school or earned your GED, and have 12 transferable credits and/or an associate’s degree from another college.

• Online, Undergraduate Student

You are considered an undergraduate, online student if you, at minimum, graduated from an accredited high school or earned your GED, and are interested in earning your bachelor’s degree from home.

• Returning Student

Have you ever taken classes from the University of Jamestown?  If so, then there is no need to fill out a full admission application.  Fill out this form and an admissions specialist will be in touch with you to help you through the rest of the registration process.

• Part-Time, Non-degree Seeking
• Dual Credit
