Education

College can be an exciting, yet overwhelming time, filled with transitions, challenges, and opportunities for growth. I specialize in helping students navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns and the impact of past experiences. I have a deep understanding of how the brain and body respond to stress and adversity over time. My approach is collaborative, and strength based, integrating mind-body healing and creative expression to help students manage stress, improve focus, and build resilience in a safe, supportive space.
